Private bookings at 1792 do not include access to on-site restrooms. However, we partner with a trusted provider of mobile restroom trailers, available for rent by the hour or day. Options range from basic setups to luxury accommodations, depending on your needs.
While our barn provides a charming and rustic setting for a variety of events, it does not have a built-in HVAC system. We offer large fans during the warmer months and umbrella-style patio heaters in cooler seasons. However, the space remains subject to outdoor temperatures. The barn features large front and rear doors that can be opened for airflow and beautiful views. We highly recommend scheduling a tour to see the space in person and determine if it’s the right fit for your event.
Some areas of the farm, such as the main house, are accessible for guests with mobility needs. However, other areas like the barn and open grounds may be more difficult to navigate. We strongly recommend scheduling a visit to the farm ahead of your event to assess accessibility based on your specific needs.
Parking depends on the area you’ve booked and the number of vehicles expected. The main house has a designated parking area that accommodates approximately 10 cars. For events at the barn, there is ample parking available in a large open grassy field near the top of the property. If you have unique needs—such as exotic, electric or specialty vehicles—we’re happy to accommodate. Please contact us to discuss your specific parking requirements.
